Our Garden Room has been designed to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere, with French doors leading out to the garden at the rear of the pub.

The Riverside Gardens, surrounded by trees and bordered by the River Wylye, offer an idyllic venue for you to relax and enjoy your meal or a drink on a warm sunny day. It’s also a great location for after work ’get-togethers’, and we can arrange a BBQ just for your group.

“We stayed for a weekend last summer and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The ale and cider were well kept and really enjoyable, especially when drunk by the riverbank across the road. The food was wonderful and the breakfasts so good that even Gill got up early enough not to miss out. Our hosts and the staff were really welcoming so all in all a really enjoyable place to be. If we lived closed enough we’d spend a bit too much time enjoying ourselves. Salisbury is well worth a visit and there is some lovely walking country around”.
