We are delighted to act as an excellent base for business meetings and events.

The Wylye room at The Swan@Stoford is a perfect venue for small business conferences from 50-80 people depending on requirements. We have a drop down screen, you can connect to our 42” TV, and we can provide flip chart, paper and pens. The Swan has free Wi-Fi throughout.

We can arrange seating to suit the occasion, whether classroom, boardroom or theatre style.

Mineral water, teas, coffees are all available, and we would be pleased to suggest ideas for lunch/dinner, morning and afternoon snacks. Jugs of iced water are provided as ‘standard’.

And to relax after your day’s work, then there’s the skittle alley or we can provide an excellent BBQ in our Riverside Garden in the summer months.

With a large free car park & overnight accommodation, The Wylye makes the perfect venue for your business meeting.
